Thought I would share my delicious carrot juice breakfast... I like to put a little pineapple juice in it to satisfy my sweet tooth! A trick I learned from my mom at a young age is to cut a pineapple three times. Get the worst of the skin off of it and throw it away. Second layer get the stuff of you don't want to eat (in picture) but it has a lot of juice in it. The when you cut off the core it has a lot of juice in it as well! Don't forget to wash your carrots very well. Juice then put it in a pretty glass and drink away:)
